During her more than 35-year career, Diane has served as a senior healthcare executive and has managed product, distribution and service businesses in public and private equity-backed companies. Her expertise is strategic planning, operations management, marketing, growth initiatives, business turnarounds, mergers and acquisition integrations, and divestitures.

She most recently served as President and CEO for Oakstone Publishing LLC, a multimedia continuing medical education publishing company. In the aftermath of HealthSouth Corporation’s financial crisis, Diane assumed responsibility for the company’s $380 million Outpatient Rehabilitation Division, which she managed through turnaround and subsequent sale, and then served as President and CEO for HealthSouth’s divested Diagnostic Business. She spent 18 years in a variety of executive positions, including Corporate Vice President of Physician Services, President of Homecare, and President of the General Healthcare Division at Baxter International and at Caremark International, a Baxter spin-off created in 1992. She has also served in senior executive roles with Beverly Enterprises and FluidSense.   Diane has significant Board of Director experience serving for-profit and philanthropic organizations. Diane holds a BS in General Education from Northwestern University.
