On this website, we offer you the opportunity to contact us and to make monetary contributions or donate a mobile device. If you use the on-site form to send us your donated cell phone, we collect your name, physical address, email address and phone number from that form. Monetary contributions can be made by credit card through a submitted form from this site or via a cell phone text, as instructed on this site. Note that both donation methods send your contribution through the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice & Human Rights, the Health eVillages sponsor organization. The only personal information which Health eVillages can access results from a donation through “Give by Cell,” and we notified of your name, your mobile phone number, and the last 4 digits of your credit card. The Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice & Human Rights has listed their contact information on the donation form on this website and you may contact them directly to inquire about their donation practices, their contractors used in the donation process, and their privacy policy with respect to your personal information. This Privacy Statement only applies to your personal information collected by Health eVillages and does not apply to third parties.
Note that neither Health eVillages, nor any third party uses “cookies” or other tracking devices on this website, so the only personal information collected is the information you voluntarily provide.
How We Use the Information We Collect
Health eVillages uses your Personal Information to send you a monthly newsletter to update you with Health eVillages news, events, and occasionally to ask for additional donations. You may opt-out of receiving communication from Health eVillages by following the “opt-out” instructions on the newsletter or by writing to our email address or physical address as provided below.

While Health eVillages welcomes the interest of those younger than 18 years of age, any donations made in their name or personal information submitted regarding someone under the age of 18 must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
